Sometimes it's the big, life-changing events (big T trauma), and other times, it's the accumulation of smaller, everyday moments (little t traumas) that weigh us down and leave us feeling stuck. 

As a wife, mom, professional, and human, I get that the struggle can be real. I bring a down-to-earth, nonjudgmental approach to therapy, with a touch of humor to help lighten the load.
